My substrate - is it ok?

Actually I thought my substrate was axolotl-friendly since it is smal and pearl like, but now I got in doubt, and I just want to make sure. What do you think? :happy:

It looks like it could cause your axie some problems.

Now I removed it, so she has a substrate free tank until I get some sand. The substrate is called "Caviar" :D I have used it in another tank for tylomelania snails - larger plants will work in it, but small pieces of plants might float since the caviar pearls are a bit lively.
