Illness/Sickness: MY Spotted salamander is bad sick need help***

MY salamander is sick. he has like a larg swollen blister thing on his neck, also has like blisters all over his body has sluggish body movement going a little thin. cloudy eyes i really need your help guys thanks..

Can you post a picture and describe your tank conditions? Is it really wet?

ya. ill post some pictures tonight. but no, the tank is dry. just barely damp.
