Here are a few pictures of my Plethodon cinereus setup. Now all I need to do is find some (i plan on keeping 2 in it (preferably a male and female). I am going to add a buch of moist leaves that are loaded with food, right now I have two types of moss I found growing in their habitat. These are both top views.

cool setup but provide it with some hidingplaces. could you get some pix from the side?

Oh I will absolutely have hiding places, I have a neat little wooden thing. I just didn't put it in because I don't have any sals yet. I should have said so before.

I'll have those pics for you Alexander tomarrow.

I am going to feed them stuff that I find in their natural habitat. When I put the moist leaves in they usually are coverend in mites and termites, so that will be a good diet.

make sure you plan for winter feeding as well ryan, otherwise you seem all good

I'm not going to keep them that long. Today I found a female Red-back guarding her eggs. Should I capture her and the eggs and put them in my setup because I would really like to raise them.

I wouldn't. It might disturb the natural order of the environment. The salamanders should grow in their own environment, or you can get them after they hatch. It will be much easier to raise them young than raising them from eggs.

Thats what I thought, oh well I guess I'll keep looking.
