My newt newton needs help

I bought this newt and he was all bitten up by a tank mate at the pet store and he is being a bit lethargic and the soars are getting worse he is also not eating... what would you advise i do?

What kind of newt is it? What kind of setup do you have it in? How warm is it? What are you feeding it?
