It came in today! I still haven't completely settled on a name yet (Tossing around a few ideas... Circe, Zelda, who knows) and I'm going to just hope that it's female until I can know for sure.

If she turns out to be a copper, that'd be amazing. I think she's just a lighter wildtype (or is there a difference between a copper and a lighter wild?)

Coppers have albino eyes

Mine have dark eyes (maybe a difference between German coppers and other coppers). But they're slightly red when you shine a light on them.
Pretty cute.

Some news! I've been wrestling with what name I should give her, and I've finally decided on one! At first I was thinking Circe or Zelda or something awesome like that, but I was worried that they're too feminine in case she does turn out to be a male.

So I was looking at her, all set up in her own tank, and it just popped into my head.

For those who don't know, Misha Collins is an amazing and wonderful actor. He's cute, hilarious, talented, and quirky. Axies are naturally cute and quirky, and I hope she grows up with some spunk and a bit of sass, plus it still works if she turns out male!
