Good evening,
My latest newtlet surfaced the other night. & to my dismay when I transferred it over to land shelter w/ the other newtlets, I realized its hind legs were gone!!!
As a larvae, it had no legs missing.
I figure that there's not much I can do @ this point, I'm expecting the worst.
So far it doesn't seem very phased, spends time on land & water. I'm just going to try adding more slow-moving food (live blood worms) during feeding time.
Any other ideas, I'm open.
