These are two of my axies. I need to get a good picture of my third one, but he's been camera shy.

Just so everyone knows and I don't get yelled at, there are no fish in with them, that little one was taken out. I was told by the pet store they could have fish, then after doing research on my own found out not such a great idea.

This is Axl he is a leucistic, he likes the camera and poses.

And this is Lara. We've only had her for about a week now. She is a GFP white albino. At least I believe she is a white albino. I took these to share her coolness! I don't keep a black light on her at all, it was just for pictures and to see her glow. Never had one that was GFP before. It is truly awesome!

And friends!

We have one more but he was being camera shy. I'll get a picture of him later and share. He's a wild type.

they are super cute . I got my very first axolotl on Monday.

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

sorry I am having a hard time trying to upload the pictures- I have them saved on my hard drive... any suggestions-the prompts here are not allowing for downloads that way as far as I can tell. Thanks
