My cynops tank your thoughts and sugestions

what type of species is in the tank? Is that a filter and a bubbler?

The tank basically looks good, but there are a few possible future problems that I would mention. Do you have a water thermometer? The tank is a bit on the small side, so you need to be extra careful about number of animals, prompt cleanup, water changes, etc. The plants look like they might be types don't like cold water, so they may not last. And I'm a bit concerned about how the electrical cord goes under the lid - if it leaves even a tiny crack, a small newt could get out.
 
Looks OK, I agree with Jennifer all her accounts though.
 
hi thanks for your thoughts the he is a chinease fire belly and the small crack is so small he wouldnt be able to get through it . and yer i have a filter and a bubbler keep your suggesttions coming please thank you
 
Hmm... It looks like you have a melon sword, valisinaria, and bacopa. If this true, the sword can handle low temperatures, along with the val, but bacopa doesn't take anything below 70 very well.
