It`s not a good pic,

he don`t come out at daytime.
I don`t have a name for my Axolotl yet.
Soon i`ll be getting a bigger tank
for him.

How is it going chooken? Did you manage to get your temps sorted? Poor little guy...have you seen him some out at all in the last few days?
I would go the fridge treatment as Kapo suggested in your other thread, it is much better for him and you have piece of mind whilst at work cause you know the temp is right!
All you do is change his water every day, I even have managed to get Miles to eat! (they eat less at lower temps, slows their metabolism) and plus that will give your tank a chance to sort itself out! Keep us posted....

He was out of his home late friday night &
he don`t seem to be showing any signs of
stress like end of tail curled or standing on
tippie tows or gills sticking right out
but i have seen him flap his gills
(i don`t know what that means when they flap gills).

I do want to get him a biger tank,a 2 & a half footer sumthing like that.

gills flicking is normal. All axies do it. It doesn't mean anything

My Axolotl is out & about all the time now
but he still not eating.

More photos.

I hopefully will have a 3 & a 1/2 foot tank
tomorow for my unamed axolotl, the tank will cost
$116 & it`s getting made for me,i got 3 qurters
of a bucet of sand i hope it`s anuf & i got some
real cool looking rock things to go in the tank.
i will take pics of it when it`s set up.

I am thinking of calling my next axie Beau, due to madison dieing on yesterday.

You can call your beau or madison if you want. You don't have to though . They are just suggestions

I`m sad your axie died.

thanks for the name suggestions.
i`ll make a list sumtime of all
the names i like to.

Axie looks great but I would remove the gravel and replace it with sand or a bare bottom tank as axies can and do eat gravel and it can block them up which can lead to death.

I just removed the gravel yesterday,i left all
the big rocks in.

Thanks.

Can you post any pictures of yor setup, that would be great!

As for name suggestions maybe you could just look at him for a little while and a random name should come to you. I looked at my mudpuppy for a while and the name Bart just came to me, even though its a girl.

Looks a little small, but it will do for one axolotl.
