Hi! My girl laid eggs 5 days ago, a lot of eggs! While super exciting, also very nervous about how many there are and what to do with them! I’ve moved them to containers. Attached are some pics!

Congratulations !
If these eggs are 5 days old, that means they'll hatch in about 10 days. After that, during 2-3 days, the hatchlings won't eat.
You have all this time to decide how many young you want to raise and get tiny live preys to feed them.
On the short term, the female needs to be fed more than usual because she's beginning to refill her ovaries, which costs a lot of energy.

Thank you so much!!! This is extremely helpful! She’s been super hungry lately. What can I do with the eggs and babies I don’t want to raise?? It seems like a lot of work and space, from all I’ve been reading. This may sound irresponsible but I didn’t plan on them mating. These are my first axolotls.
