Don't do anything lol. Yea it can look a little weird but thats about it. My golden has an extra foot growing out of his front elbow lol. Sometimes when axies are injured or lose a limb and it is regenerated there can be mutations. It is very common and nothing to worry about
My white Axie Titus has I think 7 or 8 toes on his back leg. They might just be folds of skin because his foot is very strange looking. Nothing to worry about, really interesting to look at though. Just love your axie the same. I would have to say it's normal to have Axolotls with extra fingers and toes lol.
I've got a 9cm axolotl with an extra gill stalk. 7 instead of the normal 6 (3 per side). I also got rid of one with only 3 toes, foot didn't grow back correctly. But his new mommy adores him
