Okay i finally convinced my parents into letting me get another tank! Heres my first axies home

I handfed them for the first time today...its soo cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Your setup looks very good, it looks like you followed every ones instructions extremely well. Good luck and have fun with your axolotls.

Just letting you know, If i was a little axolotl, I think I would be happy in that tank. Nice slate cave.
 
Nice tank. I hope you can keep plants alive better than I can!

I had a nice moss ball like that once... The axolotls shredded it. Now I have moss bits.
 
Kaysie, I'd put your moss bits in like a 2 or 5 call growing bin with a nice lits. Your moss bits can turn into mariomo ball gold! In other words, You will have many many balls. (i rip mine up when they get large. they grow, more balls for me!)
 
In 2 years, it seems as though the little bits haven't grown at all. I just leave them floating around the tank. Maybe I'll try and shelter them a little.
