Hello all

I'll be moving to Japan in a week for a couple of months and I was wondering if there is any member that would give me some advice
I will be in Kyoto and, as i know, close buy there are populations of cynops pyrrhogaster and Andrias close by.
I would like to visit their natural habitat and with a bit of luck watching the animals in their habitat, any advice?

Any advice for fish/Crustacea farms where you can go would be appreciated

Regards
Josh

Can you fit me in your suitcase? I'd really love to go herping in Japan and see what kind of plants etc would be in my pyrrho's natural habitat. Please take loads of pics! :)

You should get in contact with Tim Johnson who lives there and used to be a moderator here on c.org. I think he still has an account but I could pass his details on if he agrees.

Japan is beautiful,I'm making a trip there myself this summer. I think finding a Japanese giant salamander would be at the top of the list .
