Currently I am keeping c. orientalis, and c. cyranus in my living room because the temps are relatively stable at 72-74 degrees. They are 2 weeks post hatch. When do you think they will be large enough to move to the basement where the temp is 62-64 degrees? Just curious because it would make my life easier because I keep all my other stuff down there. Don't want to move too early and jeopardize any of the larvae....

You should be able to move them now. My larvae are kept at around that temperature from the moment they hatch with no problems that I can relate to being caused by too cold of temperatures.

Thanks what I wanted to hear. In my basemen less chance of some weird aerosol cleaning spray or whatever being used!:D
