Moss

I'd like to know if I can grow my own moss, and if so what kind of soil would I need, and any growing tips. Also, what kind of moss would be good for my Oregon newt? I just think it's so pretty, I'm looking to start a more aesthetically pleasing habitat going for Rowan.

Sry noone answered your post yet. I know at the petstore, you can buy moss that still has dirt attached to it and when you put it in the tank with substrate, it comes to life. you have to water it or mist it of course. other than that i dont know.
