Milky looking eggs normal?

I was surprised to find my axie tank full of eggs about a week ago and have been enjoying watching the babies develop. My only question that I have been unable to find an answer for on the forum or anywhere else is, is it normal for the bottom half of the egg to look milky or cloudy? My first thought was the it was waste from the babies, but then my husband thought that maybe their digestive systems were not developed yet.
Any input is very much appreciated!

Could it be on the outside of the egg? The jelly sac is sticky and collects floating matter ("dust") out of the water. Could that be what you see?

Although I could have sworn I saw the stuff slosh around when the babies were moving!

You're right. Looking again, it does seem that the stuff is on the inside. Strange. The embryos all look healthy, though?

I dont want to steal anyone else's thunder, but I was curious if someone could made sure I'm doing all right- I have these axie eggs hatching and they're at about day 10 and i just would like to know if they seem normal looking?

There's a couple more on my profile. I hope they look ok.

Also they all do move/twitch from time to time.

My question is basically does the one in the middle look ok? and i guess does everyone else seem ok too? Thanks

Most of them look normal. The one in the center with the bulged belly isn't normal and will probably die before or after it hatches. These things happen.

Thanks, and also the coloration of them, does that almost gaurantee that they will turn out wild type?

Hi Nick, yeah the colouration of those larvae will more than likely be wildtype. Thats what mine looked like when i used to breed them.

Hey Abberzoo,
Are all of the eggs cloudy? In my experience the cloudy ones havent hatched out. I just thought that when they start going cloudy they were starting to go a bit "funny".

Hi mine looked this colour when they were in eggs but are now a yellowy white with orangy/pink gills?
