Hello all, I am hobbyist nature photographer based in the Seattle WA area. I am heading over to central WA in mid April for a week. I'll be in the areas of the Columbia NWR, Othello, Moses Lake, etc. I am interested in seeing and photographing any and all wildlife. I realize that this forum is mostly dedicated to amphibians, but I figure some of you are into reptiles as well. I would love to fulfill a childhood dream of seeing a horned lizard (the pygmies are apparently in the area there), as well as any other lizards. And a first rattlesnake encounter would be thrilling, for sure. I will NOT be doing any capturing or collecting; purely photographic endeavors.
I realize you don't know me, and have no reason to give a stranger any location info, but I'm taking a shot in the dark here anyway. I have met up in person with John in the past, and we've conversed a few times via email / phone as well, so if he's reading this, perhaps he can vouch for me being a trustworthy guy. Also, if you want to check out any of my nature photos to see what I'm about, feel free to go here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/matt-schwartz/ If anyone can help me out, please send me a private message. Thanks a lot!
