Here is my new axolotl Maxie.He is incredibly cute but I am not working to well with the filter so he might look a little stressed but I am

working on it.

He does look a tiny bit stressed but that might not have anything to do with the filter, if you just got him that might have something to do with it. what kind of filter is it. I do think he is very cute

The filter is an AVHO300 hang on filter but it dosn't work to well but I am going to try and replace it with a box filter....if I can find one that is

p.s I have now noticed him to be a bit more stressed so I turned my current filter off and began the search for a new one

You could try diverting the water flow into the side of the glass otherwise most pet shops have little box filters where you can turn the flow to the side of the tank if necessary. That's if it's the filter. It might not even be stressed....?
