questions :Managed to get my axies to lay eggs :D

I went to bed on Friday night as I would any other night , but my axolotls had other plans . The female laid a bunch of eggs in the night, which was a great thing to wake up to :) , I was at my Nans all weekend, so I have not really been paying attention. But when I came back they had not laid any more , Will they lay any more , or is that it ? I have them in the same water as the adults , so i think they should be ok :)

Any how here are some pictures of the eggs as they are now :)

Anyway I do not know how I managed it .It sort of just happened . As far as I am aware I had not changed the temperature of the water . However I had cleaned them out a couple of days earlier so I do not know if this had an effect . Cheers

Suggestions welcome :D

Awww look at that lot's of little Axies to be :D
Congratulations to all 3 of you.

No suggestions. Mine laid a couple of days after I moved them to their nice new, clean tank too so maybe it did do something for them  I left my eggs where she laid them in their tank (Their parents didn't pay them any notice and not one got eaten.) until a lot of them started getting fungusy  A lot of ours didn't develop at all so I ended up putting the 10 or so that looked like they were progressing into a little separation net in the adult tank so I could dispose of the rest before they polluted the water. We only got one that hatched out of the 100 or so laid  Hoping you have better luck
Make sure you keep us updated. I can't wait to see what you get.

YIKES that was fast
hehe So cute. Congratulations.

They won't be able to eat the adult daphnia for a while but there should be some baby ones on the mix  Good luck.
