I have a 16x8x8 or an 18x10x10 which is the best to hatch them in? <!-/quote-!>

We kept ours in 30cm x20cm x 30cm H tank - as they hatched we left hatchlings for few days then moved them to same size tank also with airstone.

Iv read to start with i only need an airstone running in there and the water temp should be between 18-25 degrees<!-/quote-!>

We only used airstones. If you want them to hatch faster, keep them about round 20C, if you are still having probs sorting out live food etc... then you can keep them cooler about 15C even lower and they'll just take longer to hatch (2-3 weeks longer).

We did almost complete 98%waterchange (tipped water out, left bit covering then replaced with prepared dechlorinated water, and put airstone back in.

no need unless they're already attached to something when you receive them, then just leave them attached.

Should it be a bare bottom tank? <!-/quote-!>

Bare bottom is best as it's easiest for daily cleaning.

At what age should i start feed larger Daphnia or a different food source<!-/quote-!>

Probably be several weeks before you feed larger stuff but also depends on size of some of your axies - you'll find some eat more/grow faster/larger.
Some people use sponge filter
