Log ins/deleting posts

Is there anyway to stop having to log in just to alter your profile.I have to log in to get to the forum and then again to change profile info!Also can the time limit be removed on deleting posts,ie,if you've advertised something for sale and its sold you cant delete it if its over a certain time period (cant remember exact time!),without consulting an administrator.Just thought it might make more room if we could delete old adds.

You can set the forums to remember you in your profile settings.

Regarding deleting posts, I'm sorry I don't like the idea of letting people delete them after a few hours.

I agree. Should someone do something illegal on here, but after the transaction was complete they could delete it, it would be harder to track down those people. I think it's a good idea to limit it to only a few hours before you can no longer delete it.
