Liquifry?

Someone as a gift gave me a bottle of lLquifry #1 for a birthday or Christmas. I ended up using some of it to help raise African Dwarf Frog tadpoles. My understanding though is that basically what Liquifry does is stimulate the growth of Infusoria. Is that correct? Does anyone else have any experience or advice about using Liquifry for newt larvae in their early stages?

I use liquifry to feed all sorts of newly hatched tadpoles and have this year used it to feed newly hatched T.alpestris, it works for me.
