Yes. The older axolotls will happily eat them. Sometimes a few larvae may be lucky enough to hatch- and may survive if you happen to have cyclops or other inverts in the tank. But if you aren't ready to rear any, leaving them in is no problem. It will allow the female to recover some of her nutrients by eating them.
