Hey all. I recently acquired a juvenile greater siren and it is starting to grow what I believe is fungus on one side. I have put it in a tank where I am changing the water daily. Any other suggestions? I don't imagine the same refrigeration one would do with axies would be the best idea, but have no idea. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a dwarf siren that I received with severe skin rubs. I put her through 5 days of salt baths. They seem to tolerate salt very well. I was afraid of a fungus infection attacking her wounds. I don't know if the salt baths are responsible but she healed up without any occurrance of fungus or infection. So maybe you might want to consider them.
