JFB tail twirling

This may sound dumb, but Im only asking about because he just started doing it this week. My adult JFB is twirling his tail from side to side, much like a cat does. He just sits on his castle, llike normal, but now hes swishing his tail back and forth, slowly, not like a sudden twitch. What is he doing and why?
