Ive saved up money for a salamander but which species should i pick?

i live in traverse city michigan and live near a reptile store which sells turtles,bearded dragons,snakes and a pets mart that deals wich birds and salamanders in new to this and am gona start small with a newt or gecko or maybe a anole
im 15
live in the basement so im looking go a amphibian that likes it around 65 and doesnt need to be fed 3times a day cheapier if possible i have 180$ saved up a 10gallentank with mess covering id like something semi-aqua that is a good pet
im not looking for something to impress others
im not looking for something to play with
im am seriously looking ot buy a healthy salamander and tips or suggestions on which species to buy or look for owuld be great

look through and pick one.

my suggestion is to contact someone who owns and breeds sals and not to buy them from a pet store. some people have good luck with petstore sals, but generally they're worse for wear...

very sorry about over posting i didnt know i was fist time using a website liek this
i found a black bellied salamander would be cool ithink his food is sold atthe grocery store year round and he ahs to be kept cold
the problem would be remaking a river is that possible with a ten gallen tank another problem would be buying it if anyone in the michigan area has one for sale ill pay shipping i visit the harry ford college area near d-town about once every 2 weeks on the weekend and also i visit lansing around state to vist my brothers and if anyone in these areas can sell me a salamander thats hardy healthy and like it cold plz add to the thread

good idea gona go look at how to register now! i went to pet's mart today adn they didnt have much stuff in jsut one crocidle salamander that didnt move and bearded dragons where on sale i asked a person there for help and she walked away
