ISSN system to read Caudata.org Magazine

Hello,
I have been searching the internet and I think this ISSN system must be the best kept secret. How do I access the system to read the Caudata.org Magazine?

Yes, I get here and then click on the Caudata.org Magazine. Then I am at a page where I can download the Autumn2004 issue (which I have done).

But to read more issues it says: "Caudata.org Magazine can be requested via the ISSN system using ISSN number 1649-5934."
This is where I get into trouble. What is the ISSN System and how do it use ISSN number 1649-5934?

The ISSN is an international system for cataloguing major periodical publications. The periodical registers and receives an ISSN for it's publication.

At the moment that is the only Caudata.org magazine. But you could use that ISSN, which is unique to Caudata.org Magazine, to find more issues if there were any... As to where you'd do this, I'm not sure. A library possibly? I couldn't find anything on the ISSN website.
 
*cough*JohnClare*cough* There has only been one issue of the magazine ever produced, so you'd have a very hard time finding additional issues anywhere
