It should be fine. Just make sure you let it cure completely.

it says 100% silicone and it says nothing about being Mild dew Resistant
anyone ever use or know if its ok?
I know from forums like MFK that they always suggest GE 1 or 2. There's a lot of debate regarding mildew resistant treatments in the aquaria with silicone, but personally I haven't tried one with the mildew stuff just in case.
