Question: Is this axolotl underweight?

I didn't have time when I posted this yesterday but I'll add some further details. Essentially this is an axolotl at someones workplace and when I told them that it was underweight they were quite adamant that it was not, and I was concerned that I was just misled by the angle or something. Sometimes I honestly find it difficult to tell when people post images on this website. If people agree with me that he is too skinny then I will persevere in telling him to do something about it.

Angles can play tricks, but he does look pretty skinny. I prefer to judeg by using top pics.

Angles can play tricks, but this poor little animal is extremely skinny.
If they say the camera angles make it look skinny, ask them to send you some more pictures.

It needs feeding up, ideally a few small bits of small earthworm twice daily.

I also only just noticed that he is on gravel substrate, not looking great for this poor little guy

I will make sure to let him know that others have agreed with me that he looks underweight.
