Is she just stupid?

I saw that my axie male Xotl dropped some spermatophores in the tank, and I guess for my round bellied leucistic Pangifrane. Nothing happened. The 'packages' were still there but forgotten.

A week later I saw some of them again, still nothing happened.

Yesterday I saw Pangifrane swimming around a bit uncomfy, I also saw a few spermatophores again, but still nothing.

It looks like Xotl has no luck in love life so far. Or Pangifrane is too stupid?
Xotl is about a year old and I'm not really sure about Pangifrane, but she is big enough to be called mature, and has a round belly.

My pair have been in the same tank undivided for about 6 months now, my boy bubba, regularly left presents for bubbles, but she didn't want to know. And let him know that in no uncertain terms. And then Monday I had eggs,
He finally decided to hide his presents in her favourite hiding place, and I only saw the remains of them as I was doing a close inspection. ( stupid me spotted them before I even clicked that there appeared to be polystyrene balls all over the plants. Doh!)

So give it time, and if she decides it's time then it will happen.
