Is my paddle tail newt pregant? PLEASE HELP

I have had a pad tail newt for 1 week. she was doing really good up until this morning. she used to be in a ten gallon tank but only stayed under her hide except for air. she wud swim around sometimes though. then i bought 2 green anoles and decided to move her to a 5 gallon with her usual hide. she lived their fine for a few days. this morning she wud constantly dig up gravel in the corner of the tank and darts away really fast when i came near. she also takes breths really frequently now. is she pregant and trying to lay eggs? or is their another problem? pleasee help im really worried! oh ya the only thing she ate in a week and a half was a fat nightcrawler.

Sounds like there is another problem here. My guess would be a water quality issue and/or a 5 gallon tank is really too small for this species. I wouldn't recommend anything less than a 10 gallon for an adult.
