Hi guys as the title states can i feed my baby axolots micro feed i hae recently by axedent put some in and they have been eating it and i was wondering if its safe for them.

What is micro feed? Can you post a link to a photo or description?

Micro feed is the stuff you feed all micro foods such as brine shrimp and daphnia . Hi evershine i had about 100 hatch but about 30were deformed

Sorry to hear that, had no problems with mine. Only one deformed out of 95. Maybe it was because they were fridged???
Hope they are going well

While I knew what you meant by micro feed. I believe the correct term you were looking for is Pond Infusoria. Normally it is safe. Use a brine shrimp net to filter it out of the pond water you collect.. Never pour new pond water directly into your larvae tank. It is to easy to pour dragonfly larvae and other creatures that will eat your larvae into the tank that way. With a net you can inspect everything that goes in. Pouring pond water directly into you larvae tank can also change your water chemistry to fast. This could also cause ph shock and kill your larvae.
