If a batch of eggs grow up and mate are the babies gunna be deformed? Incest newts?

Sibling pairings aren't usually too bad, although you could end up with a higher proportion of deformities and genetic abnormalities. One generation is not too bad, but if the parents were inbred, and the grandparents, and then there is more inbreeding down the line, thats where the major problems occur.
