Question: IDEAL filter

Hi,
Want to really have as little flow as possible - Im currently running the penn plax cascade 600
Penn-plax cascade 600 internal filter for aquariums up to 200 litres
It has a wierd top attatchment and I cant find anything to make a spray bar fit - what is a recommended filter for axies in a 120l tank? Thanks!
(by the way i dont have axies in there atm, plan to get some.)

I have something similar and what I used was a hose with holes attached to the place where the water comes out
after a while the flow diminished on its own and now I don't have anything , but I think the hose will do, you can divert the flow against a plant or a side of the tank

you could buy some tubing, or pvc pipe that fits in the output of the filter and make your own spraybar. I'm probably going to be making one for my canister filter once I set up my tank
