Illness/Sickness: I think my tiger salamander larve has worms, help

I have noticed this twice now. Once i saw a white looking string worm looking thing in his poop. The worm or whatever did not move on its own. Today i noticed a white worm thing hanging out of his bottom. It also did not move. What could this be? It looks like a small skinny dead white worm, but kinda hard to tell.

He is feed blood worms and earthworms. Has filter and air stone. He is eating well and very active.

Has no one ever seen this before? I tried to find out some info about this before and no one responded to it either. I can't find anything anywhere. I don't know what to do, or if i should even worry.

I took some pictures of his poop. This is what the little white things look like. they do not move. Any ideas what this might me? He still seems very healthy.
