The global amphibian assessment website(www.globalamphibians.org) states that Pachyhynobius has been bred before in Europe. Can anyone confirm this or provide a reference?

You'll have to do a search for Pachyhynobius on the gaa website to get the species account. I tried to post the link, but it was a mile long.

I have never heard of captive breeding of this species in private collections Erik. Maybe in Zoo's or universities ??

I didn't think they had been bred before either. It specifically mentioned they have been bred in Europe. I imagine if it was a private keeper, we would all know about it, so maybe you are right about a European Zoo or University Lab. Thanks.
