Question: I have doubts do not want my salamander die

i am new to the forum, and I have a salamander p.ruber and not like putting your terrarium? I feed him, right now I am giving her worms eating worms and carrying off week and a half, say it is good to vary your food, it's bad if I give worms forever? than anything else I can feed him? and I can give ground insects?, which is the coldest temperature that supports and warmer?
if I put moss often it is changed? how long it takes the metamorphosis of this species? and if I can say how old mine with a photo?
