The rate of growth is affected by quite a few things (genetics, nutrition, temperature, water quality, etc.), Now assuming all of this in order then it will take only a few months for full regeneration.
i feed her blood worms is that considered nutritional?

4 inches im not so sure of the age

At that length, it needs a varied diet. Worms should make up the staple with bloodworms offered occasionally.
