I got a photobucket!

I have a horrible video too of feeding my Chinese Firebellies Tubifex worms. And around at least one hundred photos.

hehehe I know what you mean...most of my photos are crappy. But i´ve got a video of my ball python eating that´s pretty cool hehe

I tried to get better videos but they didn't upload.

Bart looks like she is putting on some more weight and her gills look good.
How long do you estimate Bart to be? How big of a tank do you keep her in?
I like your picture "Bart 3" because you can actually see what she looks like straight on. Usually we only get a side profile of what she looks like, it's nice to see a different view of her. It is a her right?

Michelle- She (yes it is a she) is putting on weight all right

). I measured her today and it looks like she is about 9 1/2 inches long. The tank is a 20 gallon. The picture Bart 3 was a lucky one, its my desktop wallpaper.

HI Ryan,
That's cool! Is that a free site?
Is that your only album? I looked at all the pictures. Nice!
When you feed her, you put her food in a jar lid, right? Do you put the jar lid in first, and then the worms, or do you put them in all at once, and then is it hard to keep the worms from floating out of the jar lid as you move it through the water?

Yep. It is completely free. You can download photos and videos. They are given all sorts of URL addresses and Link addresses. Your album can be as big as you want it and you can edit your pictures size and brightness. Mine is huge.

It's free but check the terms and conditions before signing up.

I have an account but I'm very careful what I upload to it.

I don't care what they do to my photos, they all are pretty bad.

Dawn- Thank you for your compliment!I don't put her food in a jar lid anymore, that was only when I first got her and she wasn't eating. Now I either hand feed her or drop in the worm if I don't have time to hand feed. I remember that I put the jar lid in first an then dropped in the cut worms (they did not float) and it worked great, if you need a new feeding stratagy and cant stand when the worms dig into the substrate this is a good thing to do.

Now if you excuse me I have to go clean out one of her filter cartridges...

Thanks for the photobucket info!
I was thinking Bart with the gills is kind of like a bearded lady.

Hahhaaahahah! Red Beard wasn't that some pirate from a kids show?

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

sorry I am having a hard time trying to upload the pictures- I have them saved on my hard drive... any suggestions-the prompts here are not allowing for downloads that way as far as I can tell. Thanks
