Okay so he does those little sprint and then bump into the side of the tank. I don’t know why... I did read somewhere that it was maybe because of stress. but I don’t want him to be hurt. The water is at 20 degrees Celsius and he is alone in a 100L (26.4172 gallon) . His grills are a little curly like his tail but he eat and all. Can y’all help me please I’m super worried. (Sorry for my bad English I’m French )

First your temperature is too high. 18 degrees is the high end before they become prone to issues and stressed.

Have you tested the following...

pH
High range pH
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

When was the tank set up?
The rocks in the tank need to be removed for your axolotls safety they are an impaction risk and the belly looks a bit distended so possibly has already ingested rock or excess sand.

What do you feed and how often?

Does your dechlorinator contain aloe?

Sorry for all the questions just trying to get a sense of whats going on.

How is your axolotl? Did you get the water quality where you need it? And did you remove the rocks? Those have to be removed. If your axolotl is just eating too much sand when they suck the food in, you can try a turkey baster and suck up the pellets, or worms, and just let them gently, slowly fall out right in front of your axolotl's face and they should eagerly suck them up. The alternative would be try feeding them in a tub, with nothing but cool, clean water in it. But that would require removing the axolotl, and it can just stress them out. Mine is used to me handling her so she doesn't freak out, others may.
