How to treat a bottom broken jaw?

What do you do when your newt has his lower jaw broken? will it heal on its own?

That is a sufficiently serious question that only a vet could really answer. I can't think of any kind of first aid or home treatment that would be applicable.

I agree 100% here. If you don't have a local vet familiar with amphibians then doing a little research online and finding one that has adequate caudate experience regardless of location MIGHT be willing to give you a pointer or 2 about possible treatment or at least further are in this matter via a phone call.

This could be a long shot, but if you care about your newts then its worth a shot.
