Question: How to set the cooler? Is it stuck?

So I just connected my Hailea HC-300 via a big external filter and during the first 2 or 3 minutes the temperatures dropped from 29.9°C to 28.2°C. But it seems stuck there? And when I push set, it says 18°C, as I had set it at the shop before using it, and now pressing the up and down arrows doesn't do anything I got with without any manual and Google only gives me shops to buy it from... Halp?


...so it's not stuck, it just really slowed down... I hope it stays cool enough permanently once I got my axolotls?

Hi, I do't have the exact same model but had a similar experience with mine. I turned it off at the power point and left it off for one minute. Then when I turned it back on I pressed the "Set"button and then changed the temp. anytime I have had to change the temp I always have to press "Set" before the up and down buttons. If turning off and on doesn't work I would go back to the Aquarium or contact Hailea asap. Hope it starts working for you!
