How to induce breeding of c.orientalis in tropical countries?

Its been two years since I bought my pair (which I really don't know yet if it is really a pair, like male and female?). They are juveniles back then. Now I would like to breed them but i dnt know how. It's December here in the Philippines, Fall ( I guess) in your country. Please do hel me??
