How to get good pics of my newts?

Hi, i was just wondering how you all get such good photos of your newts? I would like to get some pics on here so i can get some help identifying my newts, unfortunately all the pics i have taken have glares from the glass tanks and you cant really see the newts. Ive tried taking the flash off but it doesn't seem to work, i really didn't want to disturb them to much but the only way i cant see to get a good pic is to get them out of the tank, does anyone have any other ideas as i know that it is not good for the newts to be handled. Thank you
