Question: How to acclimate an axolotl?

I'll be getting an axolotl soon, but I don't really know how to properly acclimate an axolotl to a new tank. If it were a fish, i'd have no problem
But I just want to be careful with this little guy. I'm already attached to him and i've never seen him!

Hi FrankFox,

When got my axolotls I did it the same way as I would with my fish. They were in the sort of large plastic bags that are normally used to transport fish, and the people at the store told me that acclimatising them the same way as fish would be fine.
I know there are a lot of experienced keepers/breeders on this site, so perhaps wait and see if they say anything different.
