I got my first axie in January 2004 and I got my other a few days ago. They are about the same size but I don't know how old they are. They are about the size from the "Z" button to the ">" button on your keyboard.
Please help me as I would like to breed them.

id say nearly sexually mature although is does vary.
there is no sure fire way to tell the age of your axie unless you know its birthdate as they all grow at different rates.
i think breeding is a bit of a luck thing, ive had 3 males and a female together for over a year and nothing (i dont want to breed them though)
can you tell their sex yet?

I don't want eggs. Raising larvae is SO time and money consuming. I raised a few from a friend (started with 20 eggs, give or take, raised 10 larvae). They take CONSTANT care. You have to raise tiny live food (I use daphnia as opposed to brine shrimp), you have to feed them constantly, and clean up after them even more! They need daily water changes (with dechlorinated water, and those drops aren't cheap when you're using 5 gallons of water a day, ontop of your normal weekly changes), and you've got to be careful you don't suck them up with the turkey baster or dump them out when you're changing the water. Then, unless you plan on keeping 100 axolotls, you've got to find homes for them.
