How much movement from 12-day-old eggs?

I was wondering how much movement is normal from larvae a few days before hatching? Mine just give the occaisional twitch - I just want to check this is normal?

Sounds right.

They'll be hatching soon (within a few days). You won't see them move much after they hatch either. For the first 24-48 hours, they'll just lay there on their side. Once their yolk-sac starts getting absorbed, they'll start hunting for food.
