Ok, I'm getting my baby axolotl next week, he'll be 2"-3" long and I'm keeping him on the same food that he's been eating with the breeder (HBH Newt and Salamander Bites). My question is, how much should I feed him and how often?

How much food?

As much as he will eat in about 5 minutes (you'll just have to try and see). For a juvenile, I'd feed once per day. Be sure you have an easy way to remove all uneaten pellets; if the pellets are left there, they turn the water foul.
