How much food

My son & I have a pair of T. kweichowensis and they seem to not eat much( This could just be my opinon). They will eat one worm each every other day. I am using red wriggles and they are about 1 -3 inches long. Also, pin head crickets, and some other insects that are loose in tank that they can just pick off at their leisure.
How much food on avarage do they eat?

Feeding every other day to every couple of days is fine. Most newts will not over eat much, they will avoid/turn away from food if they are full (or stressed). Make sure you are feeding the right foods, earthworms work great but some newts do not like the taste of red wriggles.

Newts/salamanders have slow metabolisms and don't need to eat a lot.

It will be better you feed yours less than to much.
