How many C. Orientalis in a 37 litre tank?

I currently have 1 juvenile Cynops orientalis in a 37 litre (almost 10 gallon) tank. I would like another one, but I'm not sure if there's enough room. What do you all think?

Also, can anyone give me a link to a breeder in Auckland, New Zealand? Thinking about purchasing a little adult

2 should fit comfortably, maybe 3 with strict water regiments and precise feedings.
